About these terms
CityTrip Explorer provides digital travel guides and product support. Website operator and content supplier: CityTrip Explorer, Tijnjedyk 19 Unit 8501, 8934 BT Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Contact: info@citytripexplorer.com.
Purchases made through the checkout linked from this website are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment refunds. Its Buyer Terms apply to that purchase. These CityTrip Explorer terms explain the guide and its permitted use; they do not replace Lemon Squeezy's purchase terms or limit mandatory consumer rights. For an order placed on a different marketplace, use that marketplace's order and support process.
What you receive
You purchase the digital PDF guide for the city and language shown in your order. Language editions are separate products unless the listing expressly includes more than one. No physical book, admission ticket, transport, accommodation or guided tour is included. Book mockups illustrate the digital product.
You need internet access to purchase and download the file, sufficient device storage and a PDF reader. After saving the PDF, its pages can be read offline; external links, QR-code destinations and online services require internet access. Check the edition and product description before paying.
Ordering, price and delivery
Our guides are sold for a one-time payment, not as a subscription. The applicable amount, currency and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Follow the tax information beside the website price and review the final total. Future price changes do not change the amount of an existing completed order.
After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy provides the order confirmation and access to the purchased download. Enter an email address you can access, retain your receipt and save a personal backup of the PDF. If your download is missing or does not open, contact us with your order reference. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate solution; your statutory remedies remain available.
Personal-use licence
You may download and store the purchased guide on your own devices and print copies or selected pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not resell, republish, publicly upload, commercially distribute or share the PDF or its download link with others. Contact us first if you need permission for business, classroom or group distribution.
Using the travel information
Guides provide travel information and inspiration; they are not booking services or a guarantee of admission, accessibility, safety or availability. Opening hours, prices, transport, entry conditions and local circumstances can change. Check current details with official operators before making arrangements. Maps are for orientation and are not a substitute for appropriate navigation or local safety advice. External websites and services have their own terms.
We use AI-assisted content and imagery as described on our About page. Illustrations are illustrative. If you find a material error, tell us the city, edition and page so we can investigate. These explanations do not exclude responsibility for a guide that fails to meet the product description or any rights provided by law.
Cancellation, problems and refunds

Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website enquiries. Lemon Squeezy's privacy information applies to its checkout. We may revise these terms for future orders. A later revision does not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
